One of the primary reasons people consider getting an online degree is because they have a busy schedule that makes going to a traditional college either impossible of very difficult. An online degree allows a person much more flexibility in when to take the classes, take the tests and get the work done.
Usually there is only a due date in which you should take the tests or turn in the work, but the schedule of when you actually do the work or take the tests is much more flexible than in a traditional University where you attend classes at a specific time during the week. The biggest obstacle when you have a busy schedule and you are working on an online degree then becomes making time to study for classes as opposed to making time to go to your classes.
