How to Learn Theology Online

 

When you study theology online, you can choose from a degree program or just study some basics.
Theology is the study of religions and ideals. You can study theology at a divinity school, but you also can study it online. Working online, you get a chance to study with different people and to explore different areas of theology before you are finished. Some programs allow you to get a degree online, and others simply give you a chance to study and learn about theology.

Instructions:

   1: Go to the Free Courses website and follow the link to free theology and Bible courses. These courses aren't attached to any sort of degree program. However, as you read the course information, watch the videos and do the research, you'll begin to learn about theology. If the degree isn't important to you, you can learn a great deal at this site.
 

  2: Go to the Learn Theology website and read the information about the courses that are available. This is another site that does not move you toward a degree. However, you can click on the interesting elements about theology and begin to study some of the basic principles as you go along. As you study different theological topics, you can get a good idea of the basic points and opinions before you expand to other types of courses.
 

  3: Click on the College Degree website and input the level of theology degree you'd like to obtain using the drop-down menu on the left-hand side. Then choose the subject from the third drop-down menu, which will be "theology" or "religion" depending on the level and category of the degree you have selected.
